LE – Feel It In The Air
Kulture Vulturez: How did you get started into rapping?
Le: I got started into rapping by trying to find a way to vent. I never was comfortable expressing my thoughts and emotions to somebody so I would put everything into a song and express it that way. I was young when I started making music, even if it was a little video for Facebook shot off my phone to go viral or a song I recorded on the laptop in the basement, I always knew music was my way, it’s been my go to since a young age.
Kulture Vulturez: Growing up were you or anybody around you involved in music?
Le: Growing up, I did anything that involved music. I would have my cousin record me on his laptop making beats and clips to post on social media, I did orchestra, band, and choir in highschool, talent shows, church performances, anything you can really think of that involved music, I was interested in it.
Kulture Vulturez: Where does inspiration for the content in your music comes from?
Le: My inspiration for my content in my music comes from my story. I really came from nothing, it’s real pain and hurt behind my words. It’s real struggles. I was given this gift to change my life and everyone else’s around me and I believe I went through what I did for that reason. I want people to hear me, and really understand my story and where I came from. I feel like if somebody watches me over come that, they gone believe they can to. Everyone got a story but you either gone take it and let it defeat you or really use it as inspiration and motivation to become somebody for yourself and everyone whose depending on you.
LE – For The Team
Kulture Vulturez: What’s the difference between you and other artists?
Le: The difference between me and most artist is I really make music that’ll have you thinking and wanting to do better. My music comes with motivation and it’s something so many can relate to. Every song will leave you with a visual and a piece to a story line. Everything I make is real, it’s really a piece to my story, something that someone can feel and express emotion to. Your able to find purpose in my music. I don’t make music to win a Grammy and be put on the screen for a viral moment, it’s really some the gutta, the trenches, and the streets can relate to, it’s real.
Kulture Vulturez: What do you think will be the biggest obstacles to get to the next level?
Le: The biggest obstacle gone be getting seen and being heard. Opening that first door and finding that 1 opportunity that’ll change my life. Finding someone to give your music a chance and really start to believe in your work is always the hardest part, once you get started, you’ll realize the hard part is done.
Kulture Vulturez: What’s most important to you as an artist?
Le: The most important thing to me as an artist is staying true to myself and keeping the same vision. Staying focused and staying real with your music and story is crucial. It’s so important to not let the money, the industry, and the game itself change you.
Kulture Vulturez: What are some of your top songs that people should check out?
Le: Go stream Love Play, Love on the block, and soon to be dropping Street Love and 2020 Vision. Go check them out.
